01 · IN THE ROOM

The experience.

Tucked inside an old factory in Vilnius, Loftas is part club, part art laboratory, a DIY temple for Baltic creatives. The walls still carry the smell of machinery, but the air is thick with bass and spray paint. It's gritty, honest, and beautiful in the way only underground spaces can be.

03 · INSIDER TIP

Walk in knowing.

Check out Loftas Fest in early autumn. It's part art biennale, part block party, part electronic fever dream. The rooftop sets at sunset are pure synesthesis.

04 · WHY IT FITS

A Sonic Paths room.

Captures Sonic Paths' subculture heartbeat: grassroots, experimental, and community-driven. The Baltic answer to Berghain's seriousness.

05 · PLAN THE TRIP

Best time, operating hours, getting there.

Best time to visit

Friday and Saturday nights for the main programme. The annual Loftas Fest in September is the headline weekend, three days of indie and electronic across the warehouse and courtyard. Summer Sunday afternoons for the rooftop sessions.

When it's on

Friday and Saturday, doors 21:00 to 04:00. Selected weeknights for touring acts. Cinema and gallery spaces open Wednesday through Sunday for daytime visits.

How to get there

Trolleybus 2, 9, or 12 to Žemaitės stop from Vilnius centre, five-minute walk. The venue is a 1960s former shoe-factory complex on Ševčenkos street in Naujamiestis, 1.5 km west of the Old Town.
